Your Role on the Team:
The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition (TA) is responsible for driving the strategic direction, execution, and optimization of the company's talent acquisition function. This role will serve as a strategic People & Culture leader beyond core Talent Acquistion responsibilities, collaborating across functions to provide the TA perspective. This role will own key projects such as Onboarding, Inclusion and Belonging and Engagement activities. This leader will oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts, build and manage a high-performing TA team, and partner closely with senior leadership to ensure hiring strategies align with business goals. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, particularly in scaling processes, enhancing employer brand, and driving a world-class candidate experience.
You are responsible for:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Establish KPIs and talent metrics to track performance, forecast talent needs, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Advise executive leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent acquisition innovations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a three person team.
- Foster a high-performance culture, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.
- Build scalable recruiting operations, tools, and workflows that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Process Improvement & Technology Optimization
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the hiring process to ensure a consistent, efficient, and scalable approach.
- Optimize the use of ATS (Jobvite), job boards, and recruitment tools to improve ROI and reduce time-to-fill.
- Provide data-driven insights and regular recruitment performance reports to leadership.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
- Oversee and support recruitment across all departments and seniority levels, including executive hiring where applicable.
- Own and continuously improve recruiting processes such as sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding partnerships.
- Maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, People& Culture Business Partners, and external vendors/agencies.
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Champion a compelling employer value proposition and partner with marketing to amplify the employer brand across platforms.
- Ensure an inclusive, equitable, and engaging candidate experience across all hiring stages.
Employee Engagement
- Oversee and enhance the onboarding experience.
Systems & Compliance
- Optimize our ATS Jobvite, and implement best practices for data integrity, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all employment-related laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven success recruiting across a variety of roles and levels, ideally in both corporate and high-growth environments.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to influence strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Jobvite preferred.

The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $165,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role includes a bonus, personalized PTO, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k, and much more!
