Senior Financial Analyst, Sales & Marketing 
  
Location Requirements: This role is Hybrid and candidates can expect to work in the Wayne, PA corporate office up to 2X times week.  This role is based in the Eastern Time Zone. 
Your role on the team: 
 
Frontline Education seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Sales & Marketing to be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will support the sales and marketing organization to help drive growth by providing analytical insights to senior leadership and driving core financial processes. The successful candidate will develop monthly forecasts and annual budgets, perform operating plan and forecast variance analysis, and create insightful reporting to improve decision making. The ideal candidate for this role is highly analytical, can communicate clearly and has a bias towards action mindset.Reporting to the Group Lead, FP&A, this role will be a visible business partner to senior leadership across the organization.  
 
You can expect to: 
  • Deliver exceptional financial and analytical support to senior leaders, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Analyze revenue trends comprehensively, including pipeline, annual recurring revenue (ARR), and customer retention.  
  • Develop and support monthly forecasts and annual budgets, providing detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. 
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting by supporting the close process. 
  • Leverage financial systems to generate, analyze and communicate financial insights.  
  • Contribute to long-range, treasury, and capital planning processes.  
  • Establish standardized reporting with a focus on continuous process improvement. 
This role requires (must-haves):  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.  
  • 3+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or comparable experience. 
  • Proficiency working with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
What you bring to the role (nice-to-haves):  
  • Experience with highly recurring revenue business models or SaaS industry experience. 
  • Proficiency with financial systems such as NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Planning, and/or Salesforce.  
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. 
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
